Shadow on a playground that still rings true,
Twas then a simple leap from me toward you,
The air is so cold that wild, the wind bitters
High in the blue with these singers and twitters.
It’s not the way down, but the Winter that kills,
My Snow White dress with its Ivory frills,
In my storm I take in your crystalline breath,
Now I beg you, give me life or give me death.
But it was never his life to give or to take,
While it’s raining on Saturn, here I must break,
Blissful I take in your colours with ease,
Easier to say thank you than it is to say please.
Strange in love now you’ve asked me to dance,
Ramping up speed, soon Spring will advance
Is it my heart or my wings that are now beating,
As I take to the sky is it Destiny I’m meeting?
